How does it work?

Simply describe what information you want to collect, and our AI creates a conversational flow. When users visit your form, they chat with AI in natural language, and we extract the structured data you need automatically.

Do I need technical skills to use EasyAsk.it?

Not at all! EasyAsk.it is designed for anyone to use. Just describe your data collection needs in plain language, and our platform handles the technical aspects of creating the conversational experience.

What types of forms can I create?

You can create any type of form - surveys, contact forms, job applications, event registrations, feedback forms, lead generation forms, and more. If you need to collect information from people, EasyAsk.it can help.

How many responses can I collect?

It depends on your plan: Free plan includes 75 responses per month, Growth plan includes 1,500 responses per month, and Pro plan includes 7,500 responses per month. We also offer Enterprise plans for higher volumes.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export your response data in multiple formats including CSV and JSON. This makes it easy to analyze your data in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other tool you prefer.

Is my data secure?

We take security seriously and implement standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for data transmission, secure hosting, and access controls. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. While we work to protect your data, no online service can guarantee 100% security.

Can I customize the conversation style?

Yes! You can customize the AI prompt and conversation approach when creating your forms. This allows you to adjust the tone and style to match your needs, whether formal, friendly, or professional.

How do I share my forms?

Each form gets a unique URL that you can share anywhere - email, social media, websites, QR codes, etc. Your forms work perfectly on any device, so respondents can fill them out on their phone, tablet, or computer.

Can I collaborate with my team?

Yes! Growth and Pro plans include team collaboration features. You can invite team members to help create forms, view responses, and manage your account together. Growth plans support up to 3 team members, and Pro plans support up to 10.

What happens if I reach my response limit?

When you reach your monthly response limit, new responses will be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan. You'll receive notifications as you approach your limit so you can upgrade if needed.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account will automatically switch to the free plan.

How is this different from traditional form builders?

Traditional forms are static and can feel impersonal. EasyAsk.it creates dynamic conversations that adapt based on responses, provide clarification when needed, and feel more engaging to users. This typically results in higher completion rates and better quality data.

Can I integrate with other tools?

Currently, we offer data export in CSV and JSON formats, which you can import into most tools. Webhook integrations and direct API access are planned for future releases. If you have specific integration needs, let us know!

How do I delete my account?

Currently, account deletion is not automated in our dashboard. If you need to delete your account and data, please contact us and we'll handle it manually. We're working on adding self-service account management features.
